Meet Elizabeth! I have been receiving care at Serenity Health Chiropractic since my daughter Ava was four months old and she in now 5. This office and the talented women who serve here are what inspired me to get my massage license. I specialize in deep Swedish, using slow deep pressure to stretch muscle and fascia while encouraging the nervous system to relax. I also employ range of motion and stretching techniques to help my clients regain and maintain function mobility. My mission and purpose is to cultivate individual care for each of my clients to become wholly embodied in their mind, body and soul.
