Denica Vega, LMT
Denica is a 2019 graduate of A New Beginning Massage School of Killeen, Texas. Since graduation, she has received certification from the ICTA in cupping therapy as well as become a yoga teacher. She then went on to certify in scraping therapy. Most recently she has become a NASM-certified stretching and flexibility coach. The Yogic LMT started when Denica began delivering professional therapeutic bodywork while applying principles from yoga teachings, including physical poses and breathwork. Her belief that yoga can fit any lifestyle gives individuals freedom to explore and connect their body, mind, and overall well-being.
She has been treating inflexible, injured clients with chronic pain by integrating these modalities into customized treatment plans. With an emphasis on teaching clients how to manage pain and most importantly, how to maintain improved flexibility and mobility she will help you on the path to improving your quality of life.
